Frequently asked questions
What counts as a "monitored supplier"?
Any supplier you have added to your SupplySignal account and activated monitoring for. Archived or inactive suppliers do not count toward your limit.
Can I change my user or supplier count later?
Yes. Your subscription adjusts with you. Add users or increase your supplier limit at any time and the change takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. SupplySignal is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. There are no annual commitments or cancellation fees.
Are there different feature tiers?
No. Every plan includes the full platform. There is no starter, growth or enterprise tier with different feature sets. You pay for the capacity you need, not for access to features.
What happens if I exceed my supplier limit?
You'll be notified and asked to either remove inactive suppliers or increase your plan. We don't auto-charge for overages without your agreement.
