See the full corporate structure behind every supplier
SupplySignal builds interactive corporate maps from Companies House data, connecting directors, persons of significant control, beneficial owners and related entities in a single view. No manual registry searches required.
Corporate intelligence in one interactive view
The company map is built automatically from Companies House data. Every supplier in your portfolio gets a map. No setup, no manual data entry.
Directors and current officers
Every current director and company secretary listed at Companies House, mapped to their other active and historical appointments. Patterns of shared directorships across your supplier base surface automatically.
Persons of significant control
PSCs representing 25% or more ownership or control are mapped and displayed, including corporate PSCs where the beneficial owner sits behind another entity.
Corporate ownership chains
Where a corporate entity acts as PSC, SupplySignal traces the ownership chain upward to surface the ultimate beneficial owner, using both Companies House data and public registry records.
Connected companies
Companies sharing directors, PSCs or other officers with the target entity are visualised on the same map, revealing business networks that are not visible from the company record alone.
Historical appointments
Former directors and resigned officers remain visible on the map. An individual who left a board six months ago may still be relevant context for a risk assessment.
Find path between entities
Click any two entities on the map and the platform reveals the shortest connection path between them, useful for investigating indirect relationships and hidden associations.
Sanctions and enforcement flags on every node
The corporate map is not just a structural diagram. Every individual and entity on the map is screened against sanctions lists, FCA warning notices and Companies House disqualification registers. Risk flags are displayed directly on the relevant node.
This means that a sanctioned beneficial owner sitting three levels up in an ownership chain is visible on the same map as the supplier you are looking at, not buried in a separate search workflow.
Sanctioned entity or individual
Node flagged red. Designation details, list and date displayed.
FCA warning or prohibition notice
Node flagged amber. Full FCA notice reference and status shown.
Disqualified director
Node flagged orange. Disqualification period and reason available.
