Early stage, real traction
SupplySignal is at an early stage but with a clear product, a defined market and real organisations using the platform to manage their third-party supplier risk programmes. We are building deliberately and not for the sake of growth alone.
We are based in the UK. Remote-first within the UK is the default working model, with in-person time when it adds value, not as a requirement for its own sake.
Joining at this stage means having a material impact on the product, the culture and the direction of the company. That comes with responsibility, not just opportunity.
Solve real problems
We build tools that matter to the people who use them. Procurement and compliance teams are dealing with genuine, high-stakes challenges. Our job is to make those challenges more manageable.
Default to clarity
Clear communication, clear code, clear product decisions. We favour saying what we mean and doing what we say. Complexity is a cost, not a feature.
Take ownership
We are a small team. Everyone is responsible for outcomes, not just activities. If something needs doing and you are the right person to do it, you do it.
Build trust through consistency
Trust in a risk platform comes from reliability. We hold ourselves to high standards of quality, accuracy and availability, because the organisations that rely on us need to depend on us.
